
Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

What you need

egg nog

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup almond flour

cup unsweetened shredded coconut

tbsp bagel

tsp paprika

tsp olive oil
Instructions
1 In a mixing bowl, combine egg and almond milk. In another mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, breadcrumbs, everything bagel seasoning and paprika. 2 Dip chicken tenders (one at a time) into the egg mixture then the breading mixture. Place the breaded chicken tenders on a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle/spray olive oil evenly over the chicken. 3 Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden. 4 Serve the tenders with your favorite dipping sauce!View original recipe
